We are representing the largest and most successful commercial and industrial renewable energy solutions provider such as solar pv, battery storage, energy efficiency, ev charging etc in Australia (established more than 12 years) in the search for a high caliber BDM (Business Development Manager).

 

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED, NO PRIOR RENEWABLES EXPERIENCE NEEDED - JUST A SOLID SALES / BD BACKGROUND.

 

Based in Sydney with a national focus, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by identifying and securing new opportunities to deploy cutting edge renewable energy solutions to business, industry and government.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential business clients.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Present and sell our tailored renewable energy solutions to a variety of industries.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and implementation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (any industry background).
  • A hunter mentality with a strong drive to seek out and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.
  • Passion for renewable energy is a plus, but full training will be provided!
