Senior Operations Manager / Director

Summary
New Energy People have been proudly retained by an Australian owned Energy Efficiency company in the search for a dynamic, capable and experienced Senior Operations Manager / Operations Director. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives, ensuring our client achieves their ambitious growth targets from an existing turnover of AUD $4-5M up to AUD $14-15 within the next 3 years. 

As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for building and leading an operations team of 6 to 8 people, and your leadership will be essential in scaling our client's operations, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With a focus on operational strategy and execution, you will play a key role in steering our client's company towards growth objectives.
